nkok Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to nkok. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nkok platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at nkok.io. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on nkok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on nkok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. nkok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify nkok support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• nkok may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals.

nkok reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. You agree to provide any documentation requested — such as a copy of a government-issued ID or proof of address — within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

nkok supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. The available deposit and withdrawal options, along with current minimum and maximum transaction limits, are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits are processed in real time where the payment method supports it. nkok does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

nkok offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Where bonus abuse is detected, nkok will close the account, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and may report the activity to relevant authorities.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on nkok are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. These Terms apply in addition to those game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, these Terms take precedence unless the game rules explicitly state otherwise.

All games on nkok use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the platform's system. nkok does not alter game outcomes after they have been determined by the RNG.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled after the game round has started.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules and the outcome recorded by nkok's system will stand.
• If a game malfunctions or produces an error, all bets placed during the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to players.
• nkok reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer and the outcome recorded by the live game system are final. Any disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with nkok support within 24 hours of the game round in question.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nkok platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on nkok.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual play.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nkok staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

nkok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under nkok's responsible gaming policy.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including at your own request — any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

You may request the closure of your nkok account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, nkok's support team can assist you with self-exclusion options that provide additional protections.

9 Responsible Gaming
